Every significant project , a building, a product, a development , begins as an idea that lives only in the minds of the people creating it. Drawings and specifications describe it, but they ask the audience to imagine. And people rarely buy, fund or approve what they have to imagine.

Everything in 3D begins with an accurate model , and an inaccurate one quietly poisons every frame built on it. We construct precise, production-ready 3D geometry from your drawings, specifications or product files. The most common clients for 3D visualisation in the Cayman Islands are real estate developers selling off-plan properties, architects and interior designers presenting concepts to clients, hospitality businesses marketing resort or restaurant experiences, and construction firms communicating project progress or proposals. We also produce visualisations for product launches and investor presentations.
A single high-quality architectural still render typically takes five to ten business days. An animated walkthrough of a residential or commercial property ranges from two to four weeks. Complex multi-scene animation projects or full virtual tour productions can take four to eight weeks. Timeline depends on the complexity of the scene, number of assets and the revision process.
The more detailed the input, the more accurate and faster the output. Ideal inputs are architectural drawings (CAD files, DWG, DXF), BIM models, floor plans, elevation drawings and material/finish specifications. For product renders, technical drawings or physical samples work well. If you only have concept sketches, we can still produce visuals , the process just involves more creative interpretation and additional review rounds.

Yes. We produce interactive virtual tours that allow users to explore a space in 360 degrees from any device or browser. Yes. We produce 3D product animations that show products from all angles, demonstrate assembly and operation, highlight materials and finishes, and visualise internal components that cannot be captured by conventional photography. Product animations are widely used in e-commerce, trade show displays and investor presentations.
Still renders are delivered at print and web resolutions , typically 4K or higher for print use and 1920x1080 or 2560x1440 for screen. Animations are delivered in MP4 format at 4K or 1080p depending on the deliverable. We can also provide raw render passes for post-production compositing if required. All files are delivered via a shared cloud link.
All projects include a defined number of revision rounds agreed at the scoping stage, typically two to three rounds for still renders and one to two rounds for animations. Camera angles, lighting, material choices and environmental elements can all be adjusted during revisions. Major changes to the underlying geometry or scope are treated as scope additions.
Yes. We regularly produce “before and after” renders for renovation, refurbishment and interior design projects. Working from photos and measurements of the existing space alongside the proposed design, we create accurate visualisations that allow clients to see exactly what the transformed space will look like before committing to the work.
Yes. Aerial flyover animations are a popular deliverable for large development projects in the Cayman Islands. They show the full site in context, highlight proximity to the beach or key amenities, and communicate scale in a way that ground-level renders cannot. We create these from architectural drawings or satellite data and place them in accurate Cayman Island terrain.
A single photoreal exterior still render typically starts from $800-$1,500. Interior renders range from $600-$1,200 each. A 60-second architectural walkthrough animation typically ranges from $3,500-$8,000 depending on complexity. Package pricing is available for projects with multiple scenes or deliverables.
