We agree the goal, the scope and the intended look , working from your drawings, files and reference imagery.
Every significant project , a building, a product, a development , begins as an idea that lives only in the minds of the people creating it. Drawings and specifications describe it, but they ask the audience to imagine. And people rarely buy, fund or approve what they have to imagine.
3D changes that. A photoreal render or an animated walkthrough takes the thing that does not yet exist and makes it real enough to react to , to walk through, to sell, to refine , while changing it still costs nothing but time.
Aerosoft produces 3D animation and visualization for businesses that need to show before they build: property developers, product companies, architects and brands across the Cayman Islands and the Caribbean.
For Morritt’s Resorts, we produced a 3D animation that let buyers experience The Genevieve , a luxury development , before a single suite was finished. That is the whole point of the work: it turns a plan into something a customer can believe in.
3D is not about pretty pictures , it is about giving people something concrete to react to, while the project can still be changed cheaply and quickly.
We agree the goal, the scope and the intended look , working from your drawings, files and reference imagery.
We build a rough 3D layout to confirm scale, framing and camera before any detail begins.
We construct the accurate, production-ready 3D geometry the entire project depends on.
Materials, surfaces and lighting are set so the scene reads as real, not rendered.
Cameras and movement are choreographed into a smooth, cinematic sequence.
Final frames are rendered at full quality and delivered in every format you need.
Everything in 3D begins with an accurate model , and an inaccurate one quietly poisons every frame built on it. We construct precise, production-ready 3D geometry from your drawings, specifications or product files. Because the model is right from the start, every render and animation that follows is believable rather than approximate.
A development is hardest to sell when it is still just a floor plan and a promise. We produce photoreal interior and exterior visualizations that let buyers, investors and boards see a finished space before ground is broken. The decision to commit then gets made on something that looks real , not on imagination.
A still render shows a space; an animated walkthrough lets someone move through it. We create smooth, cinematic walkthrough and fly-through animations that carry a viewer room by room, exterior to interior. It is the closest thing to standing inside a building that does not exist yet.
Some products are far easier to understand in motion than in a photograph. We produce 3D product animation that shows how something looks, works and fits together , exploded views, feature highlights, hero shots. It gives sales and marketing a way to demonstrate, not merely describe.
Numbers, processes and ideas land harder when they move. We design motion graphics and animated explainers that turn abstract information into something a viewer follows and remembers , ready for pitches, social, websites and presentations.
A 3D project is only useful in the formats you actually need. We deliver final renders and animations in the resolutions, aspect ratios and file types your channels require , web, social, presentation, large-format , organised and yours to keep. The work arrives ready to use, not ready to re-export.
We produce architectural visualisations, interior renders, product renders, animated walkthroughs, flyover animations, 3D explainer videos, virtual staging for real estate, construction progress visualisations and animated diagrams for technical or industrial applications. All work is produced to photoreal quality for use in marketing, sales and planning presentations.
The most common clients for 3D visualisation in the Cayman Islands are real estate developers selling off-plan properties, architects and interior designers presenting concepts to clients, hospitality businesses marketing resort or restaurant experiences, and construction firms communicating project progress or proposals. We also produce visualisations for product launches and investor presentations.
A single high-quality architectural still render typically takes five to ten business days. An animated walkthrough of a residential or commercial property ranges from two to four weeks. Complex multi-scene animation projects or full virtual tour productions can take four to eight weeks. Timeline depends on the complexity of the scene, number of assets and the revision process.
The more detailed the input, the more accurate and faster the output. Ideal inputs are architectural drawings (CAD files, DWG, DXF), BIM models, floor plans, elevation drawings and material/finish specifications. For product renders, technical drawings or physical samples work well. If you only have concept sketches, we can still produce visuals , the process just involves more creative interpretation and additional review rounds.
Yes. Pre-construction visualisation is one of the most powerful uses of 3D animation for Cayman real estate developers. Photorealistic animations of unbuilt properties allow you to market, sell and secure financing before a single brick is laid. Buyers and investors can experience the property as if it already exists, which dramatically accelerates off-plan sales.
Our renders are produced to photoreal quality using industry-leading rendering engines that accurately simulate lighting, materials, reflections and environmental conditions. We include context such as landscaping, the Cayman Islands sky, ocean views and nearby structures to ground the visualisation in its real location. Final output is indistinguishable from a professional photograph of a completed building.
Yes. We produce context renders and street elevation visualisations suitable for inclusion in planning and development applications in the Cayman Islands. These show how the proposed development sits within its surrounding environment and are an effective tool for communicating design intent to planning authorities.
Yes. We produce interactive virtual tours that allow users to explore a space in 360 degrees from any device or browser. These can be embedded on your website, shared as direct links or used in sales presentations. Virtual tours are particularly powerful for real estate marketing, hospitality bookings and architectural presentations.
Yes. We produce 3D product animations that show products from all angles, demonstrate assembly and operation, highlight materials and finishes, and visualise internal components that cannot be captured by conventional photography. Product animations are widely used in e-commerce, trade show displays and investor presentations.
Still renders are delivered at print and web resolutions , typically 4K or higher for print use and 1920x1080 or 2560x1440 for screen. Animations are delivered in MP4 format at 4K or 1080p depending on the deliverable. We can also provide raw render passes for post-production compositing if required. All files are delivered via a shared cloud link.
All projects include a defined number of revision rounds agreed at the scoping stage, typically two to three rounds for still renders and one to two rounds for animations. Camera angles, lighting, material choices and environmental elements can all be adjusted during revisions. Major changes to the underlying geometry or scope are treated as scope additions.
Yes. We regularly produce “before and after” renders for renovation, refurbishment and interior design projects. Working from photos and measurements of the existing space alongside the proposed design, we create accurate visualisations that allow clients to see exactly what the transformed space will look like before committing to the work.
Yes. Aerial flyover animations are a popular deliverable for large development projects in the Cayman Islands. They show the full site in context, highlight proximity to the beach or key amenities, and communicate scale in a way that ground-level renders cannot. We create these from architectural drawings or satellite data and place them in accurate Cayman Island terrain.
A single photoreal exterior still render typically starts from $800-$1,500. Interior renders range from $600-$1,200 each. A 60-second architectural walkthrough animation typically ranges from $3,500-$8,000 depending on complexity. Package pricing is available for projects with multiple scenes or deliverables.
