How much does this cost?+
It depends on scope. An AI Receptionist starts around US$3,500 + a small monthly fee. A custom ERP-class platform runs US$25,000-150,000. After the strategy call we give you a real number band , not a brochure price. If your budget does not match the scope, we will say so and suggest the cheaper version that solves 80% of the problem.
What if we don’t know what we need?+
That is the most common starting point. The free diagnostic and the 30-minute strategy call exist precisely so you do not need a spec ahead of time. You bring the problem in plain English , we bring the question of which solution fits and what it costs.
Will we own the code? Can we leave?+
Yes , in writing, on every project. At the end of the project we hand over source code, documentation, designs and credentials. You can fire us tomorrow and another team can take over with the docs we leave. No proprietary lock-in.
How fast can you start?+
Strategy call usually within 3 business days of you reaching out. Proposal within 48 hours of that call. If both sides say yes, work starts inside a week. We turn down work we cannot start on within 14 days , momentum matters.
Do you work outside Cayman?+
Yes , across the Caribbean and the Americas. Most clients are based in the Cayman Islands, but we have delivered for businesses in Florida, the BVI, Jamaica, Barbados and beyond.
What happens if the project goes sideways?+
Honest answer: it rarely does, because our scoping process catches most things before they bite. When something does shift, we tell you immediately, propose options and adjust. Milestone-based payment means you are never paying ahead of value delivered. If the project genuinely cannot be salvaged on terms that work for both sides, we refund the latest milestone and part ways cleanly.
Do we have to keep paying you forever?+
No. Once the system is delivered and the 30-day hyper-care ends, ongoing support is optional and transparent. Many clients keep us on for monitoring and improvements , others take it fully in-house and we are fine with that.
