We didn’t build this company to sell software.
We built it to help businesses survive and grow.

A business is somebody’s livelihood. Sometimes their family’s. Sometimes the only thing standing between three good people and the unemployment line.

You don’t sell that owner the cheapest thing on the shelf. You build them what actually works. That sentence is the reason this company exists, and it has shaped every decision we have made since the day we started.

A great system shouldn’t require a passport.

For too long, the only places to get a real platform built were Miami, New York, London, Toronto. Local businesses ended up with one of two things , an off-the-shelf SaaS tool that didn’t quite fit, or an expensive consultancy half a world away that didn’t understand the island, the regulators, or how anything actually works here.

We started Aerosoft because there was no good reason that should be true any more. A team based here, fluent in the same regulatory and operational language as our clients, can build to the same standard as anywhere on earth. We have done it. Repeatedly. For shipping companies. For warehouses. For resorts. For clinics. For law firms.

Software is a tool. The point is the business it is for.

Every line of code we ship is a means to an end , and the end is a business that runs better, makes more money, takes care of its people and serves its customers properly. If the software is beautiful but the business is no better, we have failed.
, What we believe
The promise

Six things every Aerosoft client gets , non-negotiable.

These are not benefits. They are the floor we work from. Every project, every client, every time.

01An honest scope before any money changes hands

We tell you what it will cost, what it will take and what could go wrong , in plain language , before you sign anything. No hidden change-orders, no scope-creep games.

02Full intellectual-property ownership

When we hand you a system, it is yours. Source code, designs, documentation. You can fire us tomorrow and another team can pick it up. No lock-in.

03A direct line to the people who built it

You talk to the engineers and designers on your project , not a layer of account managers. If something is wrong, the person who can fix it picks up the phone.

04Documentation a human can read

Every system ships with documentation written for your team , not for our convenience. So you are not held hostage to anyone’s memory, including ours.

05The truth, even when it is uncomfortable

If a feature you are excited about is a bad idea for your business, we will say so. If a deadline is not realistic, we will say so. We would rather lose a project than ship one we cannot stand behind.

06A standard that does not flex by zip code

The standard of work for a client in George Town is the same as for a client in Miami, London or New York. There is no “island version.” There is one standard.

What we refuse to do

There is a list of things this company will not do for money.

A short, blunt code of practice , the kind of list a business owner deserves to see before they hire anyone.

×We do not lock you in

No proprietary file formats, no contract clauses that punish you for leaving. If you ever want to move to another team, we hand over everything cleanly.

×We do not resell other people’s work as ours

The team in front of you is the team building your project. No outsourcing without saying so, no agencies-of-agencies.

×We do not take work we cannot do well

If your project is outside what we are excellent at, we tell you and recommend someone better. Losing the project hurts less than failing it.

×We do not sell AI for the sake of selling AI

AI is a tool. If your problem is solved better by a database, we build a database. If it is solved better by a phone call, we tell you to make the phone call.

×We do not hide behind jargon

Every meeting, every email, every proposal is written so a smart business owner can understand it. If a word needs a translator, it is the wrong word.

×We do not ship and run

Every project includes a support period and a clear path for ongoing help , on terms that are fair to you, not punitive. We are still here in three years.

Where we are headed

We want to be the company a Caribbean business owner thinks of first at 3 a.m.

Not because we have marketed at them harder than anyone else. Because when they finally lie down and the worry hits , about the manual process eating their team alive, about the customers slipping away, about whether the business is going to survive the next quarter , they remember that there is a company on the island that takes their problems seriously and ships work that lasts.

Cayman. Then the rest of the Caribbean. Then the Americas. Same standard, same honesty, same insistence that a business owner’s livelihood deserves the best work we can do.

You don’t earn that trust with marketing. You earn it one delivered system at a time.

Frequently asked questions

01

What does Aerosoft's manifesto actually stand for?

Our manifesto is simple: we didn't build this company to sell software, we built it to help businesses survive and grow. A business is somebody's livelihood, often a family's. So we don't push the cheapest thing on the shelf. We build what actually works for that owner and their team.

02

Why did you start Aerosoft in the Cayman Islands?

Because a great system shouldn't require a passport. For too long, real platforms were only built in Miami, New York, London or Toronto. Local businesses got off-the-shelf SaaS that didn't fit, or distant consultancies that didn't understand the island. We exist to give Cayman businesses serious, custom-built technology close to home.

03

How is Aerosoft different from buying off-the-shelf SaaS?

Off-the-shelf tools rarely fit a business exactly, leaving gaps owners work around every day. We build systems around how your business actually operates, your regulators and your market. The goal is software that works for you, not a generic product you have to bend your operations to fit.

04

Do you understand local regulations and how island businesses operate?

Yes. That understanding is central to why we exist. Distant consultancies often don't grasp the island, the regulators, or how things actually work here. Being grounded locally means we build platforms that fit your real operating environment, rather than forcing a model designed for another market onto your business.

05

What services does Aerosoft offer beyond software development?

Alongside custom software development, we work in AI automation and digital marketing. The common thread is the manifesto: building what genuinely helps a business survive and grow. We focus on systems that move the needle for owners, rather than selling whatever happens to be cheapest or easiest to deliver.

06

How much does it cost to work with Aerosoft?

We don't sell the cheapest thing on the shelf, but we also don't believe in guesswork pricing. Cost depends on the scope of what you need built. The best step is to reach out for a quote so we can understand your business, goals and operating context, then scope it properly.
