Wrapped vehicles get seen often here.

Aerosoft handles car wraps in Grand Cayman for single vehicles, vans, service trucks, boats and fleets. We design the artwork, prepare the print files, produce the graphics and install them. That can mean a full colour-change wrap, a partial wrap, door decals, rear-window graphics or a fleet branding Cayman programme with repeatable layouts.

A wrapped vehicle works hard in Cayman because routes repeat. The same van can pass offices, hotels, supermarkets and job sites many times a week. The aim is simple: make the vehicle clear, readable and consistent with the rest of your brand.

If your vehicle graphics need to match shopfront panels, banners or site signs, our signs & printing work keeps production under one roof. If the logo, colours or message need tightening first, we can handle that through brand design before the wrap goes to print.

Wrap options

What we wrap.

Not every vehicle needs a full wrap. We recommend the format based on the vehicle shape, budget, paint condition, expected use and how much information needs to be read from the road.

  • 01
Full wraps Cover most painted panels for the strongest brand presence and the most design control.
  • 02
Partial wraps Use key panels, colour blocks and cut vinyl to get strong coverage without wrapping the whole vehicle.
  • 03
Decals and graphics Add logos, phone numbers, QR codes, unit numbers, licence details, boat graphics or fleet identifiers.

Our process

How the work is done.

Good vehicle wraps start before the printer runs. We check the vehicle, build artwork around real panels and prepare the install so the finished wrap looks intentional, not stretched to fit.

  • 01
Vehicle check We confirm model, panel condition, measurements, trim, handles, mirrors and any problem areas.
  • 02
Artwork proof You review the layout before print, including logo placement, colour use and readable contact details.
  • 03
Print and install We print, laminate and install using materials selected for tropical sun, salt air and daily road use.
Fleet work

Fleet branding stays consistent.

A fleet wrap is not just one file copied across different vehicles. A compact car, panel van and pickup all need different artwork decisions. We build layouts that keep the same brand system while allowing for doors, wheel arches, windows, racks and toolboxes.

For businesses with a premises, wrapped vehicles can also match reception signs, wall graphics and 3D signage. That gives customers the same visual cues on the road, at the gate and at the front door.

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you commit.

01

How much does a vehicle wrap cost in Grand Cayman?

Cost depends on vehicle size, coverage, artwork complexity, panel condition, laminate choice and install time. As a broad indicative range, simple vehicle decals may sit around CI$250-CI$800, partial wraps around CI$900-CI$2,500, and full wraps often around CI$2,500-CI$6,500+. A site check and measured brief are needed before any quote.

02

How long does a car wrap last in Cayman sun?

Lifespan depends on the vinyl, laminate, sun exposure, washing method and how the vehicle is stored. With suitable cast vinyl and UV-resistant laminate, many commercial wraps are planned for several years of use. Edges, horizontal surfaces and dark colours usually face the hardest wear in tropical conditions.

03

Do you design the vehicle wrap as well as print it?

Yes. Aerosoft can design the wrap, prepare production files, print the graphics and install them. If you already have brand files, we adapt them to the vehicle template and check readability before print.

04

Can you wrap one van now and add more fleet vehicles later?

Yes. We can build a fleet layout system so later vehicles follow the same brand rules. This is useful when the fleet includes different models or when vehicles are added over time.

05

What is the difference between a full wrap and a partial wrap?

A full wrap covers most painted panels and gives the most control over colour and layout. A partial wrap covers selected panels and often combines printed vinyl with cut decals. Partial wraps can be a practical option when the vehicle colour already works with the brand.

06

Do you make boat graphics and marine decals?

Yes. Aerosoft can produce boat names, registration numbers, sponsor marks and marine decals. Material choice matters because boat graphics face sun, salt, water and frequent cleaning.
