Aerosoft built and runs an AI content engine in production. Editors submit briefs. The engine drafts blog, ad or social copy in the workspace voice, checks and scores each draft, then sends it for human review before publishing.
Aerosoft built its own AI content engine for workspaces that need brand-voice copy across blog, ad and social formats. It drafts from an editor brief, applies automated quality gates and scoring, queues human review and publishes to a connected site.
The brief was not to build a chat tool. Aerosoft needed an engine that could take an editor brief, write in a defined brand voice, and support blog, ad and social copy from one workspace.
The output also had to be safe to use in a live publishing flow. Every draft needed automated checks, a score, and a human review step before it reached the connected site.
The hard part was making AI output fit a production content process. The engine had to write across formats, respect each workspace voice, use more than one LLM backend, and still keep people in charge before publishing.
Generic output would not be useful across 10 workspaces. The engine drafts inside each workspace's defined brand voice.
Drafts could not go straight to publishing. Each draft is passed through automated quality gates and scoring before it is queued for a person.
The engine could not depend on a single LLM backend. It works with cloud providers and self-hosted models.
Aerosoft built an AI content engine that starts with an editor brief. The engine produces blog, ad or social copy in the workspace's defined brand voice.
Each draft then moves through automated quality gates and scoring. After that, it is queued for human review and can be published to the connected site.
An editor submits a brief. The engine returns copy matched to the selected workspace and format.
Every draft is checked and scored before a human review step. Publishing stays under editorial control.
The engine speaks to multiple LLM backends, including cloud providers and self-hosted models.
The engine now runs in production for 10 workspaces. It has processed 144 briefs and supports blog, ad and social copy from brief through review to the connected site.
Editors submit a brief and receive brand-voice copy. Drafts are checked, scored and queued for review before release.
Each workspace can create blog, ad and social copy through the same engine. Publishing remains connected to human approval.
The engine dashboard across live workspaces. Interface intentionally blurred: live client system.

Aerosoft transfers full intellectual property to clients on completion, uncommon in software development, where many agencies keep the upper hand through licensing or proprietary dependencies. Aerosoft's model ensures the client genuinely owns what was built.
All application code, every line, transferred on payment completion.
Database schemas, migrations, seed data and ERD documentation.
API integration code, configuration, runbooks and architecture docs.
Aerosoft can build a production AI content engine that drafts, checks, scores and routes copy for review.
